Founder Zac "Sebastian" Waldman has spent nearly a decade working within the creative communities of NYC and LA as a fashion photographer and nightlife personality. This breadth of contacts across a wide range of industries and a keen sense of market direction has led to a strategy position at Mr Youth. In his spare time he writes about media and pop culture.

KATHY TIMKO is a Sr. Executive focused on strategy, operations
and technology for both startup and mature companies. She has held key management and board roles in Software, Telecom and Media, most recently as COO of a Social Media Marketing company and as the CEO & COO of Canoe Ventures, an Advanced Advertising/Media Technology company. She is an Advisor to several startups in NY and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and ComputerScience.

With over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry, Steven has been a motion picture risk manager, feature film producer and director and an award-winning music video producer. Of the over 300 music video and commercial projects he has overseen, the most notable are Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and Justin Bieber’s “Baby,” the most downloaded and streamed music video in YouTube history.

BEN WALDMAN has an extensive entrepreneurial and executive background in the fields of medical devices, manufacturing, and gaming. This followed a career in politics and government where he served on the White House staff and earned two nominations for US Congress. He has successfully led both large and small companies with teams as small as a dozen and as large as 1,100.

Mark Lieberman is an entrepreneur in the media and technology industry. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of TRA, Inc., a leading media, software and research technology firm. He was also Managing Director of boutique investment bank Hudson Abel Partners; Chairman/CEO of IVT, a software company and President of About.com Ventures. Mark graduated from the Cardozo School of Law (JD) and from Tufts University with a degree in mechanical engineering.

KYLE RICHTER is the founder of Dragon Forged Software an award winning iOS/Mac development company, and co-founder of Empirical Development a for-hire
iOS shop. Kyle is an expert on technology and entrepreneurship and has traveled the world speaking at conferences and trade shows. He has written several books including Beginning iOS Game Center Development, Beginning Social Game Development, and iOS Components and Frameworks Advanced Programming

DK BENJAMIN is a creative junkie who brings over ten years of success in supplying a broad range of creative utility including Creative Direction, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, Information Design, Branding, Copywriting, Voice Over and Video and Music Production. He has been steadily contracted by non-profits (Acumen Fund, CalStart) established brands (Jack Daniels, Universal Music, Verizon), and powerhouse apps (OpenTable, Umano).
