Our business model is firstly based on property acquisition which simply put means buying the property right (equity, tenants, and ability to make upgrades). Were open to investing anywhere if the cash-flow makes sense but looking primarily in the Florida market. We hope to increase the passive income into the business through buying more units and active income using this as a platform to sell out seminars in order to pay down debt services.
