Technical leader in the financial services, specialising in internet trading platforms, exchange technology, DMA broker networks, price/quote formation and dissemination, real time risk management, information distribution and other areas requiring extreme reliability, scalability whilst retaining low latency.

Over 13 years of experience as information engineer in the financial sector, having founded InovaTrader, building proprietary trading systems for execution of in-house developed strategies. He took on a senior software developer role at CFH Clearing in 2011, where he developed a new trading system for the Forex industry, and has led all integrations conducted from both trading system and back office systems.

Over 20 years of experience within software development and has been working within the financial and capital markets sector for over 12 years. Previously Senior Director, Global Head of Post Trade Systems, Saxo Bank. Has built business critical low latency Front Office trading applications as well as Post Trade Systems.

Over 15 years of experience in legal, on-boarding and risk and operations within the banking and capital markets industry. Qualified Danish solicitor and holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Finance. Recently nominated as one of 500 most influential and innovative in-house lawyers in the Nordics by Legal 500. Currently Head of Group Staff and Business at SEB.

Over 27 years of experience in finance, and has held significant controlled functions under the UK FCA. He was previously Head of Treasury at Saxo Bank and went on to design and operate similar platforms in FX & cash management for CFH Markets where he was a co-founder, and subsequently as COO at Marex Spectron. He has overseen sales, operations, business development & strategy.
