MTM Research LLC is a Biotechnology Co developing a new cancer treatment that attacks cancer cells known as "stroma" and these cells have remained largely untreated by current chemotherapy. For example, up to 90% of the cells in a pancreatic cancer mass are composed of stromal cells and currently there are no approved treatments that can impact these cells so it is not unexpected that pancreatic cancer treatment is so ineffective.
