As a serial entrepreneur, Mark has launched three successful businesses over the past fifteen years focused on business-to-business services to the small and medium-sized business market, including managed services firms The Utility Company and N-able Technologies.

Gordon CheungPartner & Director
Dr. Cheung's involvement includes investor relations and funding strategy.
Gordon is a respected entrepreneur with involvement in multiple radiology clinics, medical device and technology companies, including Sentinelle Medical (recently sold to Hologic). He is also a member of the board of directors of Tornado Medical Systems and a founding director of Excelion Technologies, an RFID HealthCare Solutions company. -

Dr. Kim’s involvement includes investor relations and funding strategy.
Dr. Kim is founder of Tornado Medical Systems and has over a decade of experience in clinical radiology and medical imaging. As a Director of Sentinelle Medical since its beginning, Dr. Kim was instrumental in building Sentinelle into the world’s largest independent manufacturer of MRI coils. Janice is responsible for all areas of finance and compliance, including financial reporting, regulatory filings and leads due diligence on target acquisitions.
As Chief Operating Officer at The Utility Company, Janice’s responsibilities include day-to-day operations of all departments. In addition, she has direct responsibility for finance, operations and compliance. Janice was previously VP & GM at N-able Technologies.
