Company Summary

We are looking to develop a unique and exciting fast food venue with a menu component providing a sensational experience for our clientele. The food will invoke authenticity, and we will utilize organic, kosher ingredients. Emphasis on exceptional quality will require daily food control and employee recognition and the implementation of kosher programs, such as certification provided by the Orthodox Union.

    Culinary School in St Nazaire in 1990, followed with an accounting hotel management program in 1992. Started in 1994 in Luxembourg at the restaurant Lea Linster as a MaitreD. Anthony moved to New York City as Food and Beverage Assistant Director of L'Actuel at Kimberly Hotel until 2003, moved to “La Goulue” as GM. Dinex Group as a Manager and MaitreD at DB Bistro Moderne, then promoted to Director of Bar Boulud. Director Operation for Bagatelle.
