Received a Masters Degree from Columbia University in 1981 in Movement Sciences. Co-founded LifeDesigns ReAbility Center in 1984. Worked in Corporate Health and Wellness for over 15 years for major companies such as Proctor & Gamble and United HealthCare. Thatcher founded a 501(C)(3) charity that runs tandem to LifeDesigns ReAbility Center helping to raise funds for people with low to moderate income with brain and spinal cord injuries.
