Matthew started his career in 1986 working for James Capel, a large stock brokers based in the City of London. In 1988 he joined the family business ABS Power Systems Ltd, which was the largest importer and distributor of batteries in the UK. As a Director He worked in all aspects of the company.Now he is involved in supplying large scale solar installations with modules and negotiating the purchase and sale of solar farms.

Roy live and works in Nigeria. He was trained in solar applications at Suntech, the world’s largest producer of solar panels. His career was with multi-national companies, including Nestle, Cadbury and PZ Cussons, where he sold solar inverters and set up solar borehole pumps. Roy is currently MD of EMEL Advance Power Solutions, and is working on a project with the Ministry of Environment to provide affordable solar power solutions to the masses.

Tony has lived and worked in Nigeria and has 20 years experience in retail companies. He has been a director of buying, operations, logistics and marketing with Debenhams, Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Sock Shop and Merchant Retail Group. In 18 years as a consultant or interim executive, Tony has operated as a commercial director, COO or MD, and has been involved in start-ups, and the development and implementation of corporate and brand strategies.
