Worked for top retail banks, central banks, and development banks across Africa, Europe, and the US for the past 4 years as an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company. Prior to his work at McKinsey, Manu obtained a global MBA from INSEAD
and worked in consumer financing at CapitalOne and in operations at an e-commerce. He holds an M.S. in Information Engineering and B.S. in Computer Science from the university of Virginia.

Mike, MPOWER's CTO, has founded 13 ventures over the past 15 years. A majority of these ventures have been in the tech, financial, or education space. For instance, Mike helped engineer and build the front-end for GE's retail bank. In the past, Mike has been Director of Innovation for Avon and an analyst at Sapient, a software company. Mike holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
