We’re addressing the ’talent gap’ facing many social enterprises in developing countries, by linking them to professionals looking to donate their expertise through meaningful, international experiences (‘experteering’). We directly connect them based on the alignment of individual skills, interests, and career level. Local businesses ‘pitch’ specific challenges with clear deliverables, allowing them to find the best match through the community.

    Mark previously co-founded a successful digital strategy/marketing agency as general manager. Recently returned from global volunteering adventure, and currently on the American Cancer Society’s International and National Advisory Teams.

    Co-founder / Chief Product & Partnerships

    Derk previously co-founded the Business in Development Network, the world’s largest online community of social entrepreneurs in emerging markets. He has 8+ years of international consulting experience on social entrepreneurship and impact investing in emerging markets, mostly in Latin America.

  • Jonah Werre
    Co-founder / Chief Design & Development

    Jonah is leading design, technical, and development. Previously founded Launch Interactive, with 15+ years of development, design, and UX experience. Experienced in front-end web design as well as server-side application development.
