    CTO

    Cheryl is an experienced IT professional and project manager for numerous enterprise-wide software implementations. Cheryl has been a technical lead and core developer of web-based applications using Oracle and Java. She has been an integral participant in the development of three startup ventures and is a skilled producer of deliverables for all phases of the software development life-cycle.
