Moving Analytics helps hospitals implement home-based cardiac rehab (CR) programs delivered through patients' mobile devices.
We're based on MULTIFIT, a home-based CR program developed by Stanford that has been validated on over 70,000 patients. We have digitized MULTIFIT into a case management system for nurses and a mobile app for patients . Since launching our product in March 2015 we've signed 4 hospitals and are projected to collect $180K this year.
