The first step is to offer bus conversion to operators/cities. They could convert their 10-year-old diesel buses, that need to be updated anyways, into electric vehicles. This is much cheaper for the operators than buying a new electric bus and recycling the bus body is more sustainable than building fully new vehicles.

Idea is to switch to ultra-low-voltage technology in the future. This competitive advantage offers a chance for exit.
