Susan graduated from the University of Colorado Journalism School and worked in the publishing industry for 20-plus years, and specifically in sports media. She co-founded Inside Communications, former publisher of VeloNews and Inside Triathlon magazines, and wrote for local and national media about cycling, running, triathlon and skiing. RecoFit was a result of seeking a solution to heal shin splints and not finding desirable products.

Adelaide has spent time in the Coast Guard and as a teacher but her true passion is being active outdoors. She moved to Colorado to be part of the athletic community and has completed several triathlons and ultra-marathons. She is now working on her cycling and recovers with RecoFit's full-leg sleeves after all her hard rides.
