Stephanie Loud has a marketing degree, and sits on the Board of Directors of the National Precast Concrete Assoc. She is a leader in precast pavement technology and has traveled to many pavement projects throughout the US. Stephanie has lectured on precast pavement at both state and national forums. Randy Adams has been in the precast industry since 2007. He is the operations manager at Mountain West. He previously managed the seattle location of a health care company supplying oxygen to patients. He participates in UDOT meetings, and committees. He actively markets to the specifying community and runs the day to day affairs of Mountain West Precast’s precast division.

Greg Wilson has been in the precast industry for 18 years. He has a solid understanding of quality control and precast practices. He holds several QC certifications.
