I own a mountain top property above the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala that receives more than two million tourists per year. Highest point above the city. I have panoramic views and a paved road access .There are only 3 restaurants/hotel outside the city that are always packed with people and they have no road access ,and 15 min hike just to get there. I want to build small glass cube tree houses & a grill . need 15 k to 20 investment .
