Melissa is a clinical herbalist with a background in environmental and experiential education. She has over 18 years of experience running every detail and operation within the restaurant and bar industry. Melissa also spent several years as a hiking guide and wilderness therapist. These roles taught her to think quickly and efficiently. Melissa will head business development, sales, team building, and being the face of the brand.

Kris grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and performed many roles in his father's printing business for several years. Today Kris is working as a snowcat operator for Timberline Lodge, where he designs and builds snow parks, and skis a lot. Kris has been with Mountain Mel's working in production and shipping receiving, since inception. Kris' attention to detail and dedication to this business are integral to Mountain Mel's success thus far.
