We have a membership-based model with multi-tier membership. Our services will include on-site playcare, events and classes, on-site cafe, lounge & work areas. We will offer a list of lifestyle amenities such as dry cleaning, ready-made meals to-go, a partnership with on-site basic car maintenance companies, valet etc.

Co-founder/CEOJayme's experience is in advertising & design. She has spent the past 9 years as an art/creative director & designer working for ad agencies & in-house for Fortune 500 companies & non-profits alike, to solve marketing tasks visually. Through her career she has learned to build teams that allow her to take her concepts from idea to reality. Previous clients of hers include, FedEx Office, FritoLay, FEED, Poo~Pourri, the State Fair of Texas & more.

Co-founder/COOAllison has over 18 years experience in operations, business development, franchising and sales for membership-based business models. She also previously owned a multi-unit health and fitness business in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Rachel NegabahnGraphic DesignerShe comes to us with over 12 years of experience working with brands such as Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Corner Bakery Cafe, The Joule Hotel, The Dallas Museum of Art, Neenah Paper, Fort Worth Opera and other food, fashion, beauty, retail and art-based brands. She’s recently relocated to Kansas City from Dallas with her husband Ashkan and adventurous son, Warren.

With experience as a strategist, writer and Creative Director, she’s developed brand, shopper, consumer engagement, experiential and social-based marketing for a variety of CPG and B2B clients. But she is most passionate about helping small, women-owned business grow.

Impact Manageris a world traveler. She holds a degree in communication design with a minor in anthropology from UNT. Her passion is in helping people of the world through volunteerism, practicing sustainability and researching ways brands can do so as well. With her extensive background in branding and advertising, she’s able to look at social impact through a business lens.
