There are national community pages where all members can chat, as well as "Mothers Help", a directory of helpers for our mothers to source nannies, babysitters, au pairs, cleaners, lactation consultants, child sleep consultants, etc. Used baby items will be able to be traded when this feature is released in coming weeks.
