The three pillars that will comprise MOST's business model are: Manual Therapy, Corrective Exercise Rehabilitation and Functional Training. MOST will bring services normally reserved for elite athletes to the general public in a family friendly, community environment, thus creating our niche market.

    David was a 4 year starter and 3 year Defensive Captain with the Dinos Football team . At MOST we have firsthand knowledge of treatment and training practices administered to elite athletes at an academic institution. It is this sound, scientific, evidence based Training and treatment regime that is lacking in the general populous. MOST will bring this to the general public.

    Head Coach

    Jennifer has been a career coach since receiving her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. She is an NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) level 3 coach and has been the Head Coach of Dinos Field Hockey from 2007 to present. She is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Over her five years as varsity head coach, Jenn has received 3 Coach of the Year awards for the Canada W
