    Has over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He brings a unique background to the management of the Fund with a BS in Economics from Villanova University and a MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics. He is a dynamic, results-focused innovator with a diversity of experience in project management, corporate outreach, non-profit development, IT improvement, and other areas.
