Dr. Mark Albion is a former HBS Professor and Net Impact Faculty Founder. Dr. Albion's 6 books, 200+ articles, and 600+ campuses over 30 years have given thousands of MBAs the courage to pursue values-driven careers or to launch world changing social enterprises in impact investing, consumer products, and high tech. Dr. Albion earned joint undergraduate and PhD degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard University.

Dr. Mrim Boutla brings a decade of brain plasticity research and extensive experience applying cognitive neuroscience principles to maximizing job searching efficacy. Her approach helped hundreds of graduates at Brown and the IU/Kelley School of Business secure jobs in the US and globally. Dr. Boutla earned her Bsc in Psychology from the Catholic University of Louvain and her PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester.
