Bill is a former Fulbright Fellow who graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State University with degrees in International Business and Political Science. He has worked for the Mexican airline Volaris as well as interned for entrepreneurial organizations such as Ashoka and the Food Export Organization.

Benjamin graduated in 2005 with a degree in Computer Science from Tec de Monterrey. After graduation, he worked as a software engineer for Appian Corporation in Virginia. Soon, though, he took a more entrepreneurial path by founding a company called In2Teck that specializes in making interactive social apps for large corporations including Nestle and Jose Cuervo.

Diego also graduated in 2005 with a degree in Computer Science from Tec de Monterrey. Diego co-founded In2Teck with Benjamin after working in IT with a large Mexican bank, IXE Banco. He also participated in Telcel's entrepreneur community CTIN with Benjamin after all three founding members of Moolango won StartupWeekend Mexico City in November 2011.
