Jennifer Shouse, Chief Executive Officer, specializes in startup schools and colleges. She graduated from Madison University with a MA in Education Administration. For over 18 years, she has advised and collaborated with educators in starting new schools all over the country. Has developed expertise in growth management, aligning multiple campuses, recruiting, hiring, and training faculty, and developing new or improving existing curriculum.

Over 30 years' experience conducting learning seminars for universities, colleges and career institutes throughout the US; designed and implemented numerous training programs for admissions which include recruiting high school students. Served as a consultant for numerous colleges which include ITT Tech, Kendall, Porter and Chester and Daymar Colleges. Decorated Air Force Veteran who served 4 tours overseas and a member of the American Legion.

Over 25 years' experience, National Trainer for DeVry University Headquarters, won District Director of Admissions of the Year Award for 4 consecutive years at ITT Tech for highest starts and activity; attained the 2nd highest close rate in the nation and highest show rate in the Las Vegas Region for The Art Institute; currently she oversees 5 campuses whereas 3 are International for IAFT.

Over 15 years experience, US Army Veteran with a AA in Health Care Management and is currently finishing her BA in Education. Taught Allied Health then promoted to Program Manager to Externship Coordinator to Director of Education. She has the ability to motivate and inspire her students to complete their courses as well as mentor the instructors on Best Practice skillsets.
