She brings 20 years’ experience in sales development and business development management, having led pharmaceutical and medical device companies from launch to multi-millions in annual sales. In addition to sales, Kimberley has expertise in training surgeons, nurses and sales teams in the medical application of the devices.

JW is a physician leader with over fifteen years’ experience with sedation capnography. As a practicing anesthesiologist, he founded Monitor Mask to reinvent standard respiratory devices for the procedural and safety requirements of modern practice. A graduate of Dartmouth, JW earned his MD from UCSF. JW has led Monitor Mask from device design and production to FDA clearance, fundraising, global patent prosecution, team formation and sales.

With three decades as a CFO and CPA, focusing on entrepreneurs and business founders, Tom is a seasoned financial professional who provides “been there” financial leadership. He holds a accounting degree from the University of Washington, and is involved with Northshore Rotary, Seattle Executives, Northwest Entrepreneur Network and Cascadia Community College Foundation.
