    BS Computer Engineering, Lehigh University; MS Telecommunications, Pace; MBA, Duke. Seasoned tech executive with 25 years+ experience at Cisco Systems and IBM. Most recently led Cisco Global Online Support Services. Extensive experience in web and mobile development. Has developed award-winning products and achieved industry recognition from Gartner, others for customer experience excellence.
