Randall Dence, has served as our CEO since September 2011. Mr. Dence has over 20 years experience in wireless and mobile devices, including management positions with Dell Computer, 3Com and Sharp Electronics. He has also been on the executive teams of three wireless start-ups and helped raise over $50 million in venture funding. Mr. Dence, received a B.A. from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Toledo.

Tayfun Ozdemir, Ph.D. is a co-founder of Monarch Antenna and has served as our CTO since 2007. Dr. Ozdemir has over 20 years of experience in RF research and antenna design. Dr. Ozdemir received a B.S degree from Karadeniz Universitesi, a M.S.E. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
