Company Summary

Our strategic objective has been to develop high power inductive charging to address the commercial and industrial fleet market segments for electric vehicles. Our technology is now working to charge vehicles in power ranges from 10 kW to 30 kW with air gaps up to 12”. We have strategic partners and our product and our pricing strategy will bring the product to market at price points that are compatible with plug-in chargers of similar power.

For many years he was a consultant to major aerospace companies and contributed to the design of NASA’s International Space Station solar array system. He serves his community as an elected school board director. His strength is leading multidisciplinary teams to solve very difficult technical problems. His vision is to make clean electric vehicles a market success.

    Dr Long is a broadly experienced electrical engineer with expertise in microwave and radio engineering, electromagnetism, power electronics, and mixed signal circuit design. His academic credentials are matched by practical experience in the actual design of successful commercial products. Bruce holds a PhD in EE from Penn State and contributed to major military, space, and science programs that achieved unprecedented technological milestones.

    Bill Gallagher is a highly experienced and versatile engineer and manager whose experience in solving difficult EE problems has been demonstrated in multiple commercial environments. His work with major technology companies like Halliburton, Checkpoint Systems, and Ionx ranged from GPS systems, to high temperature sensors, to avionic systems. Bill’s work with MD assures safe and secure communications and vehicle telematics.

    Zeyn Uzman, PE, is a licensed civil and structural engineer in 49 US states. He holds BSE and MSE degrees from the University of Michigan. He serves his community as an Adjunct Professor of Civil Engineering at Villanova. Zeyn is a cofounder of MD and has developed patent pending technologies for MD that enable its wireless charging technology to be inexpensively embedded in roads and pavement while absorbing heavy truck wheel loading.
