I operate a business that was started by my father almost 30 years ago. We are a scratch bakery that has a cafe on Main St., Blue Island, IL that sells coffee, pastries and cakes. We also do B2B with 200 customers ranging from the small independent grocers to the large grocery chains like Meijer Foods, Ultra Foods, Strack&Van Til. We also cater to the food service industry as well for restaurants, banquet halls and caterers.
