We have conceived an aqueous, eco-friendly and proprietary method for making high quality long (>1Kb) synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides. We will create novel nucleotide analogs that act as substrates for a naturally occurring non-template directed polymerase type enzyme to synthesize user-specified oligodeoxynucleotides. High throughput automation will be developed and implemented to create a disruptive custom DNA service business.
