Company Summary
We have developed (c£1.3m spent) a distributed energy storage system - MASLOW, which provides smart battery systems in customer premises to power DC networks of LED Lighting and Electronics. Batteries charge off-peak, on smart tariff, or from renewables, and are accessible to utilities as a network balancing system for grid scale storage. Our IPR/tech also provides Smart DC-DC USB sockets for powering computers, IoT and consumer electronics.

Previously invented/licensed a 2 million unit selling PDA Keyboard, and launching USBCELL batteries (which won a top 50 iF Gold design award with Apple). Prior to founding Moixa, Simon was a Senior Manager/Tech evangelist at Accenture, a Pre University Employee at IBM, and holds a degree in Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University.

Chris is co-founder of Moixa and launched USBCELL batteries, and leads our engineering and product development. Chris is a former Architect with Norman Foster Associates and holds a Architecture degree from Cambridge University.
