Jessica founded Mo-DV in 2002, built the team, created the progressive strategy and branding for the company. Since its founding, Jessica has raised over $5 Million in equity capital, and established contracts with major motion studios, flash media and device manufacturers. Previously, Jessica founded the Sustainable Business Institute, a globally recognized non-profit. She has also consulted in the private sector, government, and education.

Greg has over 18 years of experience in Security, DRM, Multimedia and Systems Engineering. He has worked in a variety of roles including software architect, team lead, and engineering manager in multiple start-up companies. His experience encompasses leading small to large teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); and running operations, logistics and training for a 120 person company.

Paul advises the Company on intellectual property protection, licensing, market and technology trends and development of strategic plans. He is currently CEO of Intellectual Assets, an intellectual property consulting firm. He has been a serial Fortune 500 Executive and was previously COO of Mo-DV.

Paul is an advisor and currently is the CEO of Clarify LLC. He previously worked as an HP IP Executive.
