A veteran in the electronics industry, Bill has experience in design engineering, electronics sales and marketing, application engineering, manufacturing, and engineering management, spanning a 30-year career. Prior to founding Modulux, as a consultant to the LED industry, Bill designed and set up production for several successful commercial LED products.

Phil’s entrepreneurial background includes roles as President, CEO, P&L manager and leadership team member of six successful technology businesses. As an executive and entrepreneur, he held leadership positions in major Fortune 50 companies. Phil has specific expertise in managing emerging and growth-stage companies, accelerating revenues and returning value to stakeholders.

A seasoned sales executive with over 20 years covering Original Equipment Manufacturers and multiple distribution channels. Sergio is bilingual (Spanish and English) and holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering.
