Glenn has over 20 years experience in product development, and has spent the past seven years focused on fitness products. He has developed products for brands such as Livestrong, Horizon Fitness, and Lifeline USA. This is his second start-up company. From 1992-2000 he ran a company called In Form which produced contemporary home accessories.

Ray joined the team in September of 2013. Previously Ray was Quality Manager at a fitness company called Lifeline USA. Ray brings 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, from the production floor to management positions.

Jerry has previous experience in working with both Glenn and Ray. He speaks fluent English, and has a thorough understanding of injection-molded parts. He provides "boots on the ground" for MM's product manufacturing in China.
