David's first foray into social entrepreneurship came his sophomore year at Georgetown University, where he was a founding member of a Fair Trade Tea campus delivery service that provided Georgetown University students with organic teas. Prior to Modavanti, David covered the Arab Spring in the Middle East as a policy writer for another startup PolicyMic.com where he was a founding writer and for his blog The MidEaster.

Jesse Ayala Jr.Creative Director
Jesse Ayala is videographer and artist who has worked in creative spaces ranging from art museums, stage, documentary film and professional graphic design. He was the founding executive director of a Clinton Global Initiative a HIV/AIDs initiative, and in 2011 led a production team into Cairo to document youth movements in the Arab Spring. Jesse is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Anna Therese Day is an independent journalist and social entrepreneur. She is a 2013 Fulbright Fellow, a 2012 UN Press Fellow, was selected by The Shorty Awards as one of the Top 10 Journalists of 2012, and was named one of Google Zeitgeist’s top 30 Great Young Minds of Our Time in 2011. Day sees sustainable fashion as the next revolution of her generation.
