I graduated Columbia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Concentration in Sustainable Development. I met Alexa at Columbia and we both began working on Modabound soon after graduating college.
We decided to build Modabound to make it easy for women to refresh their wardrobes.
We launched our pilot at Columbia University in Spring 2013 and in July of the same year, Modabound was accepted to TechStars London.

Alexa worked at two tech-companies prior to founding Modabound: a film-tech startup called MUBI and then at Tumblr. She focused on business development and community outreach projects during the 12 months that she worked in startups. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Columbia University May 2012.

After working for Techstars for close to five months, Rob joined Modabound in London while they were participating in the accelerator's inaugural London program. He has a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Columbia University, and arrived in the tech startup world with almost a decade of experience programming and managing complex projects for industries as diverse as corporate law, health, advertising, and gaming.
