Mocs for Docs is an online platform that helps physicians seeking Maintenance of Certification Part IV credit. Our goal is to empower physicians with an easy-to-use tool to search and compare Part IV projects from an array of physicians. On our site, it is easy to create and publish a project that can reach a wide audience. You also have the tools to manage projects you are working on and projects you created.

  • Tracy Flood, MD, PhD
    Founder, CEO

    Tracy received her medical training and doctorate from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She moved to Madison for training in Pediatrics and now focuses on population-based approaches to healthcare and improving medical education. She believes in taking creative approaches to improving the health of communities and empowering physicians. Her passion for empowering physicians is what fueled the Mocs for Docs vision.

  • Andrew Conley
    Founder, COO

    Andrew has a business and economics background from Indiana University. After college, he spent three years at Epic improving his project management skills and healthcare expertise. He has a knack for taking an idea and executing it to a "T." His vision for the future of healthcare involves a modern approach of collaboration and open information that will improve health outcomes for all.

    Founder, CTO

    Adam comes from a family of physicians, so you could say healthcare runs in his blood. His expertise grew while working at Epic as an implementer with a drive for intrapreneurship that eventually led him to pursuing healthcare startups outside of Epic. As a seasoned tech entrepreneur, Adam brings tech and startup know-how to his already impressive resume.
