Has worked with Big Predictive Data Analytics and Mobile Ap Development start-ups for the last few years. Before that he was involved in a number of web start-ups, and has a background of managing and implementing interrelation databases. He has a wealth of experience in corporate expansion, acquisitions, takeovers and restructurings, and has held executive roles on the board of private equity and public ventures.

Called “one of Israel’s savviest pollsters” he has conducted survey research projects, in a variety of countries and languages. His surveys or opinions have been widely quoted in leading media outlets including, Newsweek, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, FOX News, and Al Jazeera. Mitchell has also worked with Israeli President Shimon Peres, Prime Ministers Ariel Sharon, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Yitzhak Shamir.

Chairman of the Bar-Ilan University Psychology Department, has a PhD from Columbia University in 1972 and an interest in organizational behaviour. He heads the Mobtar data science team and oversees the development of the proprietary Big 5 Psychometric Profiling, Data Mining, and Predictive algorithms.
