Full time urgent care physician x25 years. Co-founder and medical director of Gresham Urgent Care starting in 1995 with subsequent expansion to 2 additional locations. These clinics were sold in 2012. Dr. Hosko also founded the first retail clinic (Express Medical Care) in the western US in the late 90s. Dr. Hosko founded Portland Urgent Care in 2012 and Portland Wellness Care in 2013.

Mick Nesmith is MobilMED’s Director of Operations. She served as the clinic manager of Portland Urgent Care and Portland Wellness Care. Prior to Portland Urgent Care, Mick was the On-site Manager and Occupational Specialist for Happy Valley Urgent Care.

Tammi resides in Rochester, NY.
 Tammi independently conceptualized a similar model to MobilMED. While searching to see if her model was unique, she found Mark Hosko and MobilMED. With exuberance she joined the team to lead the Rochester location.

Lupe Urbano is MobilMED's Coordinator. She reviews bills, interfaces with the public to answer questions about the business, and has been instrumental in trouble-shooting and developing policies and procedures. Lupe was the Billing Office Lead of GoHealth prior to joining us.
