Jermaine is a current US resident and graduate with a computer science degree from Western State University, Colorado. He was born in St. Thomas Jamaica and grew up on a coffee farm in where is parents and family still reside. Jermaine plays an integral part in the procurement of green coffee beans from Jamaica He is the point of contact for our farming cooperative.

Brett graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he was also a four-year letterman for the school’s soccer team. He is the president of a successful online business based in Denver. He currently lives in Denver with his new wife Courtney and dogs Doosier and Cannonball

Will is a graduate of Colorado State University with a B.S. in Business Administration as well as The University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado and currently runs his own small practice in Denver. He is an avid musician and founding member of Optimus Youth. He currently lives in Denver, CO with his dog Elephant.

Ricky is a professional snowboarder who resides in Breckinridge Mountains. When not on the slopes, Ricky promotes the MNG brand and playing with his dog Bowser. Ricky oversees the Xtreme sports branding piece at MNG.

Miles currently manages the Colorado Rockies retail market. He has been instrumental in penetrating coffee shops and restaurants such as the Pour House and Blue Moon Café. With a background in sales Miles is a critical part of MNG’s expansion

An entrepreneurial minded individual who loves creating and launching disruptive products that look to change industries. He has a background in operations, IT, and accounting with experience in launching start-up companies and executing business plans. He sits on the board of directors of a non-profit youth soccer organization, FC Carolina Alliance, as its Treasurer. He is an avid learner/reader. Joel currently lives in Charlotte, NC.
