Former VP of Sales for $1.2 Billion/year computer systems integrator managing almost 2500 employees. 15 years' experience in document imaging, 6 years' experience building document imaging solutions for xerox, 4 year's experience developing the self-service book and document scanning market in higher ed. MBA and BSIE degrees from Northeastern University.

Joined Scannx in April 2010 as EVP and promoted to President in January 2011. He is a well-known industry expert in document imaging hardware and software, and networks/communications. Dexter was VP of Business Development for Visioneer (2006 - 2010) responsible for consulting and implementing enterprise-wide solutions for Fortune 500 accounts, vendor relations and strategic partnerships including Xerox.

Dr. van Os is the architect for Scannx' next generation document capture and delivery software. He developed the first generation, PC-based document workflow technology which sold for several million dollars. van Os holds a Ph. D. degree in Plasma/Surface Physics, a Master’s degree in Experimental Physics, and Bachelors’ degrees in Physics, Math and Computer Science. He is named on over 50 patents, and has been granted 26 to date.
