Thompson assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in November 2005. In June of 2010 Mr. Thompson was appointed Chairman and CEO. Formerly founder and president of Creative Entertainment Services. Prior to forming CES, Thompson founded CableRep USA, a media sales firm he sold to Cox Cable in 1981 for undisclosed terms. Mr. Thompson attended Wayne State , Bellevue College, and College of Continuing Studies at University of Nebraska Omaha.

Dileonardo assumed the position of President in October 2009. Formerly COO for Networked Robotics which specialized in computer hardware design; VP of Ferrara Pan Candy Company; President/General manager of Nabisco Foods and Director of Marketing for Warner Bros.. Dileonardo earned his MBA from the University of Illinois and holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
