Miskatonic Brewing Company is a start-up craft brewery set to open in the western suburbs of Chicago. We plan to supply the Chicagoland area with high-quality, consistent craft ales and lagers. While the majority of our volume will be sold wholesale, we plan to open a taproom for sampling and tours. This gives us the opportunity to educate the consumer and share our philosophy of unique, locally-sourced and environmentally-conscious beer.
