His experience extends over 46 years and across four industries. Over 37 years provided management and ownership experience with profit oriented incentives. His last 10 years in Media and Entertainment managing Mirrome Records where he focused on the development of new talent.

Producer whose music career dates back to 1967 where he was signed to Epic Records and headed up the group Called "West." Ron played with many of the who's Who musician of the 50-60's. He has been a session player turn producer where he has produced records for many of the National Recording Artist. He has headed up Gateway Entertainment and The Cornelius Company. He is a multi-platinum producer and produced the five (5) CD's owned by Mirrome.
