Mr. Shalom is a seasoned entrepreneur. Prior to founding MIPSO, Menny founded a stem-cell cryopreservation company and a design incubator. Menny was also responsible for the reorganization of operations for a private manufacturing company. Menny graduated from Columbia Law School in 2000 and the Hebrew University Business School in 2004.

Ms. Shay is the visionary leader of MIPSO. Orly has extensive theoretical and practical experience in fashion design and runs the largest fashion and design school in Israel. Orly holds degrees from both Shenkar Institute and Haifa University, where she studied art and history.

Mr. Tubul is a certified public accountant. Before working for MIPSO, Hanan was a team leader at PWC, where he was responsible for dozen accounts including public companies, governmental companies and startups. Hanan graduated from Ben Gurion University with a degree in accounting and economics.

Mr. Kuchin brings more than 10 years of experience to MIPSO. Before working for MIPSO, Dima was the CTO of TrustedPlaces, where he was responsible for the entire development department. Dima graduated from Bar Ilan university with a degree in computer science and math.
