Ms. McGuire is the COO and the Sales and Marketing Director for Mintiva. She has had numerous personal sales experience in the restaurant business. Rachel was an all District athlete and knows how teamwork helps to create success. She currently over-sees all operations of the organization and assists upper management in contract negotiations.

Ron Davidson has over three decades of experience as a senior healthcare executive and currently serves as CEO of Mintiva and the Director of Supply Chain Management at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Davidson, is also an Entrepreneur in Resident at the University Michael F. Price College of Business. In 2011, Mr. Davidson was honored as Innovator “On the Brink” for the State of Oklahoma. In 2012, He was awarded the “Innovator of the Year”.

Tiffany Russell has a solid background in sales, management, and training. Her range of experience in sales consists of bi-level marketing Team Manager for Mary Kay Cosmetics, wholesale clothing Market Manager for Barry Zucker Showroom at The World Trade Center, Fragrance Vendor for Liz Claiborne, and Account Executive for Parlux Fragrances. Jennifer serves as the CSO for Mintiva and also is a speaker, regulatory consultant and President of Cosmetic. Ms. Ellis graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Chemistry. She oversees the operations of a 170,000 ft. turnkey manufacturing facility. Jennifer has experience in producing and shipping products all over the world.

Anna is a Marketing and Supply Chain Management student at the University of Oklahoma. She has experience in outside sales and business operations.

Jeneice Davidson – Chief Medical Officer – Jeneice is a nurse practitioner and has 22 years experience in the medical field. Jeneice has experience in early stage pharmaceutical development and brings a blend of clinical and regulatory experience.
