Mintia is initially a crowdsourcing platform for graphic designs. However we are taking the model to a larger scale by offering an API to allow anybody to launch their own design contest platform. This applies to larger corporations who can use it as a tool to launch marketing campaigns around a graphic design project, clusters wanting to offer design service to their members, or any service provider who wants to include design in his offering.

    Simon has a Master in IT and became a Sales Master after his 5 years as a Direct Sales Expert, Manager, Recruiter in the oldest Direct Sales company in the USA. He was the head of the Polish division of Southwestern. He was top salesman two years in a row, selling over $150k worth of kids books in 3 months. After finishing his studies he launched a Wed Development company (www.pixartist.com) which is one of the most succesful in South Poland.

    Radek studied Marketing, Photography and Design. His entrepreneurial attitude had him create a company before he reached his 20s. He is today CEO of a Wedding Photography company with half a dozen employees. The Mintia website is one of many in his portfolio.

    Harun has an MBA from the St John's University in NYC. Whilst finishing his studies, he too was working as a Sales Manager with the Southwestern company for 4 years. After his studies and before the launch of Mintia Harun worked in sales for a Market research company in the City of London.
