    Acting CFO

    Rajesh is currently a Professor in Financial Markets at the University of Minnesota. Research includes corporate governance, optimal capital structure, initial public offerings, M & A, executive compensation, boards of directors, the economics of organizations, and stock market manipulation.

    Previous appointments at the University of Virginia, Michigan, Oxford, and Dartmouth.
