Mindful Food Corporation manufactures hand made, VEGAN, NON GMO, Korean frozen ready to eat entrees under the Stacey&MOM brand. We are committed to changing the way frozen entrees are made. We have 2 SKU's at the moment. Bibimbap is premium organic brown rice with kimchi and vegetables and Japchaeya is a NON GMO certified sweet potato noodles with vegetables. They are all made in our facility in Los Angeles. We are currently selling at Gelson's and have the green light from Bristol Farms as well as WFM southwest region. We have presented to WFM norcal, socal and will be presenting to WFM pnw region.

We are also in the works to manufacture a special chip line using Burdock Root and Lotus Root.
