Company Summary

Mexico has several hundreds of thousands small scale, family run grocery stores (‘abarrotes’) which are struggling due to the aggressive expansion of convenience stores (mainly Oxxo and 7-Eleven) and new tax regulations. We have developed a model that transforms these abarrotes into modern (franchise) businesses and boosts their profitability.
